GTESI MMS Scorecard: Analyst Edition
For Regular Use by Company/Project Evaluators
Overview
The GTESI MMS Score breaks company/system health into three thermodynamic dimensions:
- MOTION (adaptation + action)
- MEMORY (persistence + cadence)
- SYMBOLICS (narrative integrity)
You’ll generate three 0–100 scores based on clear GTESI signals, benchmarked over time or across peers.
STEP-BY-STEP WORKFLOW FOR ANALYSTS
1. Gather the Inputs (Recommended per quarter)
- SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K)
- Investor decks / earnings calls
- Press releases / public statements
- Revenue + operations data
- Leadership, board, and governance changes
- Investor and partner behaviors
- News coverage, social media, analyst notes
2. Score Each Category (M / M / S)
MOTION (out of 100)
| Signal | Points | Guidance |
| Revenue-generating product or partnerships launched | +20 | Confirm from third-party or financials |
| External entropy export: new markets, partners, revenue | +15 | Not just motion, but outward flow |
| Capital raised with strategic deployment (not survival cash) | +10 | Bonus for high-fit application |
| Frequent pivots, rebrands, or backtracks | –10 to –25 | Deduct per major change |
| Project stalling, paused pilots, no update for 6+ months | –20 | Use press silence or “hibernation” signal |
📌 Tip: Use cumulative points — max 100, subtract as needed.
MEMORY (out of 100)
| Signal | Points | Guidance |
| Timely SEC filings + consistent earnings schedule | +20 | Track over last 4 quarters |
| Stable leadership / governance continuity | +15 | No churn, no opaque appointments |
| Ecosystem persistence: partners returning, repeat investors | +15 | 2+ events in last 6 months |
| Multiple missed filings, ambiguous reporting | –20 | Look for late 10-Q, Form 12b-25, etc |
| Narrative resets: name changes, metric shifts | –10 to –20 | Especially with no product delivery |
📌 Tip: This is the “ritual layer.” Cadence matters more than charisma.
SYMBOLICS (out of 100)
| Signal | Points | Guidance |
| Narrative coherence: product, mission, structure aligned | +25 | Must match filings, materials, operations |
| SCD visible but reconciled (e.g., narrative reset with delivery) | +10 | Reward for recompression |
| TRFI signs: skipped calls, erratic messaging, vapor metrics | –20 | Watch for marketing dissonance |
| Symbolic inflation: valuation up, delivery flat | –15 | Crosscheck with IPR and market cap |
| Ritualized storytelling: keynote, delivery cadence, brand reuse | +10 | Rare but powerful; e.g., Tesla, Apple |
📌 Tip: If it feels wrong to investors, it probably is symbolic entropy.
Output
Once you’ve completed the scoring:
| Category | Raw Score | Notes |
| Motion | 65 | Revenue growth, but weak partner export |
| Memory | 45 | Late filing, CFO departure |
| Symbolic | 30 | Mission shift, unclear roadmap |
| Total | 140/300 | GRS: 47 |
